Is the helmet you received too BIG, or too small? Whatever the case, NOT DOT or DOT, it’s no problem to exchange out your custom helmet for another size or even a completely different design if you like! Just follow the Helmet Return (HR) steps listed below.

To return a helmet, the first thing you must do is….
(1) CONTACT US to get a Helmet Return (HR) number. 1.866.334.3563. A Helmet Return number IS REQUIRED on ALL returns. NO exceptions.
(2) A HR number must be issued within 7 days of delivery receipt.
(3) The HR number you receive must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
(4) Your original invoice MUST also be returned with your Helmet, including a reason for your return and what you want done… on the invoice.
(5) Helmet Returns without an HR number or after 7 days of delivery, will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
(6) ALL returns must be returned to the Hells Bells Customs Address listed on your invoice, and must REQUIRE A SIGNATURE for delivery. No Exceptions. Hells Bells Customs will not be responsible or held liable for any returns that did not follow these (6) six requirements.

All helmets being returned MUST meet the following conditions to be accepted:
(1) ALL helmets must be returned in their original condition, in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and in sellable condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
(2)  NO helmet will be accepted that is returned having scuffs, scratches or any kind of marring to the surface of the helmet shell or any custom alterations of the 3D artistry.
(3) Under no circumstance will a refund or credit be issued for a return that is considered “damaged” or not resalable. Any damaged helmets will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
(4) Customers are responsible for properly packaging, shipping and insuring their return to us. We are not responsible for items while in transit to us and we highly recommend using a shipper with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item. 
(5) Due to state mandates, there are NO REFUNDS on DOT helmets. ALL DOT DOT Certified Helmets can ONLY be exchanged for another size or design

ALL shipping and handling charges are non-returnable/ non-refundable for any reason and will not be included in calculation of returns or return credit. This includes any and all "Express" or expedited shipping fees on express orders. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges.
All returns are subject to our approval. Any return not meeting our return criteria will be returned to you at your expense. ALL Helmet Returns are inspected upon return to ensure that they meet all the conditions of the return policy. Any helmet(s) not meeting the return conditions will be held for return to you at your expense.
Please allow 10 business days for return processing, time starts after we have received the item for processing not from date of mailing. Missing or incomplete information, orders without an account created when initial order was placed may result in delays of up to 2 weeks. 
We do NOT accept returns for customized products. Custom helmet orders or helmets with design combination by the customer are nonrefundable. For additional information, please call Customer Service at 1-866-334-3563
