your group can promote their very own club logo or custom artwork
just like our 3D logo! Get away from the standard Harley or
other corporate looks that only seem to be available. This
exciting new 3D process of custom artistry, is BEYOND the ordinary
custom paint, airbrush, embossing, sticker kits or any other form
of customization on helmets ever. And, unlike other traditional
custom methods, it will never go out of style and will always have
a more custom professional look.
What we do!
We transform your
clubs logo or artwork into a REAL 3D relief sculpture, just like
all of the helmets you see on this site. Then, we take your custom 3D
logo and permanently fabricate it to each of your group members
helmets.
What we need from you!
(1)
First, we will need
your clubs logo or artwork to make this NEW 3D transformation!
(2)
The amount of helmets
needed for your group, (seven helmet minimum).
(3)
ALL
of
the correct sizes of each helmet needed per member.
Size Chart Sizes are very
important, please see our chart and make sure of each size
needed before you order.
(4) The exact size of your group's
artwork /logo wanted.
How
to send artwork files!
We accept the following file
formats used in Photoshop: TIF, .JPG,
GIF .PDF, and .PSD. All file formats must have resolutions of
300dpi. If your logo has fonts make sure they are embedded or
outlined fonts. We work on PC not Mac.

Estimates!
Of course, without
seeing your artwork/ logo we cannot give you a price quote or a
timeline, when your job can be produced. Once we have your artwork
and the desired size of the 3D image wanted to adorn the helmet, a
representative will contact you about the overall price.
How
is the artwork / logos priced for this 3D process?
Two main concerns predict the finished price, one is SIZE and the
other is DETAIL of the artwork.
Note: On
occasion there may be a logo or piece of artwork that demands more
attention or time to make this 3D transformation. If this happens
because a piece of artwork is more intricate in detail than the
norm, it may delay the job up to an extra 2 weeks. We will let you
know your clubs logo timeframe upon submitting the artwork.
Artwork setup costs!
Your artwork / logo setup costs include the following:
There is
a one time setup fee much like that of making silk screens for
t-shirts…once we have it , it is on file and we can always make
additional group orders that will have no future setup costs.

Setup of making your
artwork/ logo into a 3D relief sculpture prototype, (3 hour min.@
$65 per hour)
(2)
Mother mold(s) of your
original artwork / logo, ( Price varies pending size, detail of
design)
What does the per helmet price include?
(1)
Each member's NEW
helmet cost.
(2)
Each member’s new 3D
helmet logo/ artistry appliqué.
(3)
Artwork fabrication to
each member's helmet.
What is the minimum order?
We consider a group of riders as low as (7) seven members and as
high as in the hundreds. For this custom logo service we
have a (7) Seven helmet minimum.
How long does it take to do this 3D process?
For the minimum order of (7) seven helmets, your order will take
2-3 weeks before delivery. If your club has more than seven
members and helmets needed…For example let’s say your club has
25-50 members, pending artwork setup, a job of 25-50 helmets could
be delivered within a 4-6 week period.
Is this custom service available for DOT helmets?
Yes, In fact this custom service is available for both Non-DOT and
D.O.T. helmets that we offer. For details about our

any custom order we ask that you please plan ahead if you would
like your groups custom helmets before a big event. We do not do
or deliver rush orders. We are into giving your club a quality job
that stands out above the rest, not just something slapped
together.
